Dogs and cats, living or dead, are being used as shark bait by amateur fishermen from the island of Reunion, which is under French administration. Animal protection organizations and local authorities revealed the information. The small volcanic island off the east coast of Africa is full of stray dogs. To get an idea of the size of the problem, there are more than 150,000 strays.
